Nice for sleep tracking, app needs work.
This is a nice design for a pulse oxymeter and sleep tracker you can easily wear at night. There is a watch like device with a separate sensor you wrap around your finger. Everything is nice, comfortable and easy to wear. This tracks your pulse and blood oxygen levels all night long and then downloads them to an app on your phone in the morning. The download process requires you to unplug the sensor from the watch, turn it off and turn it back on again to start the download. This seems like an overly complicated process, why can’t the phone just connect and download straight away?Some people may wonder why you would buy this device when there are a lot of cheap smartwatches that claim to track O2/pulse levels at night. Well, I have found that most of these cheap watches only check O2 infrequently or when you ask them to but not all night long. Also watches with just wrist sensors are often not very accurate, particularly if you move around while you sleep. This device having a sensor strapped to your fingertip seems to read continuously and accurately even if you move around a bit.The other thing I’m not too fond of is the app. All the information it collects is accurate, but the way you navigate through the app seems kind of clunky to me and could stand some streamlining. They present graphs of sleep apnea events, and sleep stages but for some reason there is no graph of oxygen levels, just a mean and low number. What is the point of that? This is meant to track oxygen so why is there no graph of that?The other problem with the app is that it doesn’t recognize apple health on my iPhone, so the data collected by this app doesn’t contribute to my health dashboard on my phone.So anyway, this is a nice device, but I had to knock off a star for the problems with the app. PLEASE add an SPo2 graph and Apple Health integration to the app.

APP STOPS THE PULSE OXIMETER FROM DISPLAYING VALUES, UNTIL YOU DOWNLOAD, DOWNLOAD IS NOT WORKING.
The Unit (PepulTech Pulse Oximeter) was working fine until the Unit STOPPED giving readings until you downloaded the Data to the BerryMed App. The PROBLEM IS – THE BERRYMED App is not functioning correctly and therefore you cannot obtain any readings.I bought this Unit because my other half has COPD and Heart conditions. I wanted to be able to trace his Oxygen Saturation and be able to be alarmed when he went below a certain O2 level (usually 88). However, again, I cannot get the readings because the DOWNLOAD TO THE APP is NOT WORKING.I have uninstalled the App, reinstalled the App. You add a User and suddenly the User Added (needed to download the User Data do readings can occur again) does not appear again. I try to add another User and that does not work. I have spent well over 20 hours trying to get this to work.I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN…

Nice tracker, app needs work
I feel the tracker works well enough but the app doesnât work well at all. Kept asking me to add a user even tho I had already several times and to input the tracker information was not user friendly. If they can get the app to work then it would be 5 stars

Incredibly insightful of your sleep patterns amd stages

Very nice device, don’t even bother with the app…
This is a great device! It keeps very good track of your sleep patterns and will let you know if you had any episodes throughout the night. The app is complete garbage. Don’t even bother. It wouldn’t save the user, so it’s pretty much useless. The app is not needed though as you can see the results on the device itself. Seems to be accurate compared to my other units.
