We love having it in our home!
This step stool has been a fantastic help around the house. Itâs sturdy and supports weight really well without wobbling. I use it in the kitchen to reach higher cabinets, and my elderly mother uses it to get into bed more easily. Itâs lightweight enough to move from room to room but solid enough to feel safe every time. Definitely a great addition for anyone needing a bit of extra height or support.

I tried out this single step stool with the legs extended, making it just a smidge over 5″ tall. While carrying a significant weight, there was no wobble at all, it remained steady and the non-slip pads on the feet kept it from sliding around at all.This stool is well-designed and made out of heavy duty plastic. There was none of the yielding that I would have expected from a plastic stool. The platform is wide, so I can place both feet on it at the same time without any discomfort or unsteadiness. It also has a rubbery mat on the platform, so it would be extremely difficult to slip.The only thing I’d really change about this stool is that it would be about 3″ taller. Other than that, I can’t think of anything at all I’d change. It feels like a solid value that I feel confident in using.EDIT: Just a few days later, one of the legs fell off. It was held in by a small screw, and the area of plastic where the screw was just broke off. I may be able to fix it, but I’m very disappointed. I expect that I will end up using epoxy or glue to keep all the legs in place and non-adjustable and at full height, since it’s only a little over an inch difference that way.

Little short but nice width
It is just ok. Tried it and the adjustment was hard for me to do which being someone with physical issues my hands are similar to an elderly person. The step is wide which I like but a little short for my needs it works and I will be using because I fall often on the high but not as wide foot stool. Just recommend having help setting the height if you need too

Great step for stable users and carpeted surfaces
This is a good step stool for most users. If there are stability or fall concerns, solutions without handles are not appropriate. It’s not the biggest surface area, but you can easily get both feet on, and it does help with portability and storage. Contrary to some of the reviews, there is only ONE additional height setting. You lift and turn the padded feet either up (adds 1.12″), or down, that’s it. There are rubber pads on each of the feet, as well as the top. Unfortunately, the adjustments are not suitable for seniors – it takes a good bit of effort and grip strength, more than I would expect any of the seniors in my family to be capable of. It works great on carpet, but can be a bit unstable on flat surfaces. The center foot sits flush to the floor, but the others are all raised slightly higher, causing a slight wobble. This may be a defect in the unit I received, I can’t say. The difficulty and limitations of the foot adjustments are why I can’t give this 5 stars. They should be redesigned for senior use, fine tuning adjustments, and stability.
