It works!
The knee massager worked great and was very easy to use! After long walks/hikes (5 miles or more), I would have pain in my left knee and difficulty walking up and down stairs. After using the knee massager, the pain was gone and I could walk up and down stairs normally — I didn’t even need to use the railing for assistance! I mentioned it to my wife and she tried it on her shoulder, which was bothering her after pickleball. She also said it felt better (not perfect, but improved.) I even recommended it to my brother who has constant knee pain. Thanks Snailax!

Might work for you
Massagers are different for everyone. This is no exception. Itâs good quality and does a good job of heating. However it just didnât feel good to me. I wasn’t impressed with it. I let my mother try it as she suffers from knee pain. She liked it and thought it felt good. So maybe itâs for you and maybe itâs not. Worth a try. It is good quality and built well.

It Works!!
I have lived with a sore knee for years. The pain ranges between annoying and moderate. After only two days use of this device my mobility is much improved. Love this. The battery life is great. After a full charge and 6 uses, it’s still going strong.Only two very minor issues, neither makes this device any less effective. 1) The Velcro knee straps are very long, almost to the point of not working, but not quite. I am able to snug the device onto my knee with a lot of strap left over. 2) There is a blue light, above the touch screen, described only as “Indicator light” in the user’s manual. This light pulses during charging and eventually turns on solid (presumably indicating a full charge). After 6 uses without recharge, it’s still on solid. The user’s manual mentions “When the battery light flashes, please charge in time”. I have not seen any light flash yet, and I assume the “Indicator light” and the “battery light” are the same.

Super Relaxing!
I enjoy the functionality of being able to use this while sitting or laying down on the couch. It provides nice, relaxing relief after a gym workout or standing on my feet a lot. The heat level also feels amazing!

Nice relief for knee pain!
Iâve been using this knee massager for a while now, and itâs been surprisingly effective in providing relief. The heat function is fantasticâsoothing and effectiveâand the massage setting, while not as strong as Iâd hoped, still adds a nice touch. I havenât tried the laser feature yet, but the heat and massage alone have been worth it.The straps are adjustable and should fit most knee sizes, though Iâve noticed it can slip occasionally, even when fastened tightly. The device itself is pretty simple to use, with clear settings for heat intensity and vibration speed, which I appreciateâsometimes simpler is better. The size and shape of the massager can feel a bit awkward to position, especially if you have mobility issues, but once itâs in place, it does its job well. Overall, itâs a solid product for quick relief, and I expect to get a lot of use out of it.

Does not fit small knees
I initially got the knee massager for me but I have very small knees so it does not fit. One size does not fit all. I gave it to my husband, who is struggling with knee pain, and he said it worked better than he could imagine. It has given him some relief. It would be great if he could set a timer instead of only 10 minute run time.

Nice, basic, easy-to-use massager
About me:After 40 years of having a standing job giving Physical Therapy to patients in hospitals and clinics- and two pregnancies with big babies and preeclampsia- MY body is the one that needs some TLC. In addition to some orthopedic surgeries in my hands and shoulders, I have chronic swelling in my feet and legs due to Lymphedema and Arthritis. Iâm always looking for ways to treat myself at home.I saw this cordless knee massager and wasnât sure if this was going to work for me, but I gave it a try. I have larger knees, calves and thighs and the thought of trying to fit my knees into an enclosed, molded treatment area was questionable. Also, most days, because of my swelling and Arthritis, I have leg soreness, so I was concerned that the treatment wouldnât be comfortable.Delivery day:As I was unboxing the knee massager, I remained hopeful that it would be something that I could use. It looked well-made and sturdy. The screen was large and the 2 straps each seemed like they were going to be long enough to go around the back of my knee by my calf and thigh. I found out that the massager had some charge to it already as my fingers mustâve touched the startup icon on the screen and it began to vibrate. I fought the urge to use it without charging it fully and hooked it up to a USB-C cable to charge it the rest of the way.First use:It didnât take long to get to full charge, and once done, I strapped it onto my right knee and started with the lowest settings of massage and heat.I havenât been able to figure out how to manually change/select the use of Infrared or Laser heat. It appears that it automatically adjusts from Infrared to Laser when heat increased to Highest setting. The heat is even felt through leggings at a comfortable temperature.Assessment regarding my pre-use concerns:-Long enough straps/strong Velcro to go around above and below knee: YES!-Knee fits inside massager comfortably: YES!-Massage vibration comfortable on low, medium and high: YES! YES! YES!-3 levels of heat comfortable on knee: YES!Overall: This is a nice, comfortable, easy-to-use vibration massager with heat. The massager fits nicely over knee and is comfortable sort of molded around my knee. The straps are ample length to go around thigh and below knee, upper calf area. The massage vibration is very soothing on all settings.

Cordless knee pain relief.
This cordless knee massager is easy to use and very versatile. I like how you can adjust the level of vibration or level of heat. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I can recommend this to anyone with knee pain. The vibration is audible but not annoying.
