Well built easily assembled bike.
Great packaging. Materials and craftmanship of the bike are excellent. Directions were easy to follow. Fasteners laid out and identified per step on a card was nice feature. The seat and seat back are very comfortable. I an 230# @ 6’0″ tall. the seat adjustment leaves plenty of room for someone taller. Display started right up and is easy to set up per the instructions. Pulse monitor matches my watch with in one or two beats as well as my finger pulse/ox device. Setting the pedaling tension is easy with plenty of increments. It is quiet.A couple “well, buts:”I don’t know if I’ll ever use the cup holder but it does appear a bit small.The straps on the foot pedals are small. I wear size 13 A shoes and they just fit at maximum adjustment. I do find my feet stay in position on the pedals without the straps.Definitely a good buy!

Directions to assemble bike were very clear and step by step. All parts were in the box and no missing pieces.I gave a 4 star because I have only done 30 minutes on the bike since assembled. Everything seems to be working. The seat and back are very supportive and comfortable.

I love the Snode products!! My recumbent bike has been nothing but fantastic! It is well made, easy to use, comfortable, and efficient at working all the proper leg muscles. It has made my workout routine more efficient and beneficial. I had to deal with Snode support at one point and their support team was beyond helpful and very quick to respond. Bike was delivered on 8/22 on 9/22 bike broke. No tension at all. Bought the warranty but no customer service to talk to. All a robot chat. Would not suggest this bike.

My bike arrived this week. Opeed the box to put it together today and have no parts and no tools. Looked on the website and the only contact info is an email address or chat. I attempted to chat with the manufacturer and no response. Very unhappy right now with my purchase. Weâll see if they take care of the problem and will modify the rating if so.UPDATE:Customer service reached out to fix the problem on missing parts. My son had already run to home depot to buy said parts so we could assemble the bike. They were willing to reimburse for the cost of buying the bolts and screws. The bike itself seems sturdy and is very quiet when riding.
