A bargain that actually works
This is a nice toothbrush for the price I paid! It only took a little while to charge before I could test it. I made sure to wipe everything off with vinegar first just in case it had any chemical residue. And I rinsed it with a damp rag and dried it before trying it. It has several interesting functions, so I tried all of them a few times. Itâs different than battery operated toothbrushes Iâve used in the past, so it felt weird at first. Thereâs a sensitive cycle for getting used to it and that helped. Otherwise, it might feel âticklishâ on the regular cycle. It seems to do an excellent job and it has a pause feature to remind you to switch quadrants. Itâs very easy to use. The instructions are small, so theyâre hard to read without magnification if you have senior eyes. Thankfully, itâs not really difficult to figure out. The case is a nice bonus. So are the extra brush heads. The charging cord is a usb type. It should work with an adapter if you donât have any usb outlets handy. It would be easy to travel with this toothbrush. The case would fit in a normal sized purse or travel bag. Itâs not much different than a hard glasses case. And the charging cord and extra brush heads would fit inside.

Unreliable product and false claim
Received item, used a couple of time, went to remove head so it would fit in the carrying case provided and the metal post came right out. No way to insert back in. Returned item immediately and now I get an email claiming I returned a different, WORKING AND RELIABLE toothbrush that I bought 6 months prior from a different vendor! They claimed they were going to charge me back. Had to get an Amazon rep involved.
