Iâm going to start using an air fryer and bought this book because I have cooked a few Greek recipes before and they were very good. I loved its size for easy reading, every recipe has a mouth watering picture and they are very easy to make recipes with most your staples already in the kitchen. BUT my error not an air fryer book another BUT Iâm keeping the book itâs so good there will be no return.Buy it youâll love the variety of recipes

A lot of books claimed to be easy, but then have a difficult premise to understand. This book starts with the premise and makes it seem very manageable. Once you get into the diet and the not really restrictions of it all.I think the recipes are easy to make. I think the ingredients are easily found and not expensive which is a plus. So far, everything has been great.

Great Cook Book
I usually do not write reviews. But this receipe book is great. I am 73 and diabetic. The receipes are easy to follow and gives the amount of calories , carbs, sugar, fat and protein per serving. Most receipes are for 4 servings. So far my fasting sugar is between 110 to130. I have been using about 2 weeks and dropped 4 pounds. My long term goal is to stop taking Metformin.
