Happy to own an accurate thermometer for once.
I just thought I’d say that I have owned a lot of thermometers and so far this one takes the cake. I use it mostly when making caramels. I couldn’t ask for a better one. I has been so accurate I am way beyond happy. Most are so far off on temperature, they have ruined my products, by being to low of a reading. Keep up the good work.

Adjustable head and large number display makes for easy reading
This is the first really good candy thermometer Iâve ever used. The clip holds the thermometer solidly in place, and the easy to read numbers on the adjustable head ensure accurate reading. Glad I got it!

Mostly great, needs a wider clip
Overall, great product. My only complaint is that the clip needs to be wider to prevent the thermometer from falling over sideways, resulting in it coming off the hot pot and clattering to the floor. It’s happened enough times now that I almost dread using this but the large screen and long probe make me keep coming back.

I like it because
It has a long probe, but very tight clamp for attachment to pot. Thatâs a good thing since it can be used in almost any pot/pan you own. Easy to read digital display.probe is very sturdyâ¦no bending. Seems accurate given that I just made marshmallows and they came out great.

Awesome thermometer.I love the attachment that clips it to the pot so it’s not required to hold it. The light up display helps with visibility, and I love that all the different temperatures are listed on it as well. Great purchase for candy making, we specifically got it for candy apple making!

Not appropriate for small amounts of syrup as the thermometer needs to sit in 2 inches of syrup and be clear of the bottom of the pot. I had to use my smallest pot which then boiled over the top while adjusting the heat.
