This thing is killer! Better than a tennis or racquet ball. Has a tiny bit of give but not much. Size is perfect to give the right amount of pressure into those tough areas. Best and cheapest tool I have to use on myself.

This Is My Miracle!
Wow! I had been looking for a massage ball of this size for years, but gave up because I could never find one! Well, I finally found one! This ball is the perfect size to massage the larger muscles of the back without making my back muscles feel bruised and painful the next day! It is of excellent quality and firm, but not so firm that it hurts! I absolutely LOVE this massage ball! Wish I had found it years ago!

My son is a high rise window washer and does Brazilian jiu jitsu, so he is always hunched over whether itâs from his harness pulling his shoulders down for 8+ hours a day or grappling at the gym. Needless to say, for a 26 year old, his posture is terrible due to it, and heâs always in pain whether itâs his back or shoulders. Heating pads never work, nsaidâs are a waste of pills that do nothing so why bother taking medication that donât work? He gets this in the mail and starts rolling around the problem areas and while it looked like he was in pain, itâs massaging deep in the tissue. Unlike a foam roller, its able to target specific areas and he can pin point the problem areas to massage and get to hard to reach areas that regular foam rollers just canât get to like upper biceps and your traps. After 20 minutes of massaging the areas. He stood up and his muscle pains, while not fully gone, were knocked down TREMENDOUSLY! And this is just after the first use. Heâs so excited to continue using it because itâs only uphill from here. I know this is a drawn out review, but I absolutely recommend this to anyone with muscle pains. It will sincerely help.

It is not as hard or firm as a lacrosse ball but it does a decent job in relieving mucle knots. I had a lot of tender spots on my piriformis and lacrosse ball made the spots even more sore. So, I used this and I was able to release it to some extent. I would say if certain muscles are too tender that you can’t straight away use lacrosse on them, this is a good way to start
