I havenât taken this long enough to comment on the quality, but following the bottleâs instructions (20 minutes before a meal) initially gave me headaches, likely from the lemon triggering my acid reflux. Taking it with a meal and a full glass of water resolved the issue. Plus, thereâs no fishy smell, aftertaste, or fish burps!
