Do not buyâquits working and falls apart very quickly
I bought three of these, and they were working great, but when I unplugged one to clean it, I heard a rattling sound inside of it, and now the cord wonât plug back into the unit, as itâs lose and inside. Lasted a month and a half before it died.Update: The seller contacted me and is sending a replacement, so I’ll update again once I see how it does.Update: The replacement is working so far, but it runs out of water very quickly. I have two others that are still working fine, and when I fill them all to the line, put them on the same setting, and start them at the same time, the replacement one runs out water in about half the time it takes for the other two.(Finally realized itâs been leaking from the bottom this entire time.)Update: The leaking one now leaks so badly that the oils ruined an expensive piece of furniture. Neither of the two remaining ones stay on in line with the timer (e.g., one just leaks all the water out, and the other was shutting off within 2 hours and now shuts off within minutes when I set it for 6 hours and is starting to leak a little). I got reimbursed for the one that fell apart quickly, but none of them made it even one year. Tossing the last two, as theyâre all useless now. Waste of moneyâas are most items purchased on Amazon these days.Update: Decided to hold onto these since they still sort of worked, and now both are completely dead. One even started cracking at the base even though itâs never been dropped or mishandled, and the buttons donât quite work right. Thatâs three total now that all just literally fell apart.I foolishly decided to try again thinking maybe theyâve improved their design, but two of these arrived yesterday, and one was broken right out of the box. If I have problems with the return one thatâs coming, Iâm just returning them both and will be done with this company forever.

I bought one of these approximately a year ago and it has worked great with a very heavy stream of mist coming out the top. I ordered two more which came today so I could have one on each floor of my house and neither one of them worked very well at all. The mist coming out the top was so slight I had to put something black behind it to see if it was even working. It was after that that I read the notice that this is a frequently returned item. Thatâs a big hassle for me so I didnât give up on it just yet. I cleaned the bottom of the water canister. Thereâs a small circle in the direct middle and I cleaned that out with a Q-tip. Thatâs all it needed now. It works just fine. Itâs worth a try before you return this item. If someone from the company reads this, perhaps you should put a sticker on this to let people know thereâs gonna be a little residue in the very bottom of the water tank that may keep it from working efficiently.

Nice little diffuser
Really like this little diffuser. The clay outside gives it a homey feel and the mist comes out in good quantity. Have to refill every 3 days when on the 2 hr setting.
