Perfect hydration
Flavor is fantastic, they didn’t have this on their website so I was happy to see it here. It’s light and doesn’t taste too sugary! The hydration is very noticeable. I am a plumber who doesn’t have much time to get breaks for food or water so when I’m thirsty, having this in my jug is actually a life saver. When I take a few big bumps of this, I feel my body getting hydrated and I know it’s a legit product. My only issue with this is that you can only buy the 15 pack of it, not the big pack. I’ll have to start buying two from now on.

The Best Way to Start My Day!
Iâve tried the Waterboy Weekend and Workout varieties (which are both amazing), but I recently discovered the Daily Hydration, and Iâm officially hooked. The strawberry lemonade flavor is SO delicious that I actually look forward to drinking it, and Iâm so happy to have found an electrolyte made to enjoy everyday to keep me hydrated. Iâve been starting my mornings with it, and itâs been such a game changer. PLUS itâs made with all natural ingredients and has 0g of sugar, which makes me feel great knowing Iâm fueling my body with something healthy.As someone who deals with stomach issues, I really appreciate that it doesnât upset my stomach like some other drinks do. Blegh. Gross!
This was so nasty!!!! As someone with chronic illnesses, Iâm always looking for a good electrolyte product. This one is NOT it. Gross after taste. Product wouldnât fully dissolve into the water either.

I have used this product for the last few days and am really happy with the taste, level of hydration I get from it and how it supports my weight loss goals. The taste is a bit on the salty side at first compared to other hydration packets but overall it is my favorite so far of all that I have tried. The ingredients are clean and healthy as well, making this my go to hydration packet.

I can’t live without this daily hydration
Spending a few days in the desert for Coachella and Waterboy daily has saved me. Taking it daily helps regulate my temperature so I don’t feel lightheaded. I cannot stress how important this is when I am in the heat. The fact that it has no sugar and no calories is just a bonus, but I always have this on hand and the several packs I ordered arrived just in time for concert weekend. I highly recommend. The flavors are good too.
