The foot massager is easy to use. You can either use the buttons on the massager or the remote control. I am a teacher and have to stand all day. Great massager works your legs and your feet. I always wanted this massager. First time I saw it was a store called as seen on TV store. I tried out in the the store at the time. I said this is wonderful but cost alot of money at the time so I let it. But saw it on Amazon I said I must get waited for so many years. Finally I bought it for a great deal and loving it. That’s for sure I don’t have to go these expensive massages anymore just turn on this machine and vola. Stay is long as I like to not spend alot and therapist asking so many questions.

Bought the foot massager as it can be used for arms and calves which is neat. Make sure to read the size for calves. Good for achy foot arches and compression for foot.
