I love this rowing machine. Its compact and light weight and very quiet Theres an app for your phone so you can follow along and do the workouts with someone I especially liked that part so I can be sure Im doing it the right way. The machine itself is high quality I assembled it in about 20 minutes by myself. Affordable and an asset to my workout.

I was really excited about this. It works just as intended, was a little harder to put together and to switch between the different uses but once I did it a few times I got the hang of it. It gives a good workout as long as itâs used properly.

I absolutely love this machine! And for the price?? It is awesome. Awesome. Awesome. I had an Aabco two years ago, but when I moved, it got left behind unfortunately all searching for the coaster. I found this. Itâs not only less expensive. It works just as well. If you like working out and you like working on your abs, I recommend this highly.

In terms of the workouts ranges you can do with this – It works well and I would recommend. I Havent had it long enough to know how long it will hold as Im 205lbs but so far its holding me well

I weigh 140 pounds I am 4 foot 11 this worked phenomenal when I use it. Itâs not too hard once you get the hang of it the videos and the app are great

This is unsafe.
This may be the worst product Iâve received from anywhere ever.There is absolutely no way this is up to specs for what its intended use is for. The first 4 bolts when assembling have MAYBE half a thread securing them. Iâm not sure whose idea it was to use a 45mm bolt for a 44mm passageway/hole but this dangerous. The was so little thread I had to crimp the bar just to get the nut to attach; the these are for the main feet/support bars.Should you be using this and those come unthreaded (which Iâm assuming will be very easy) you are going chest first into this machine and falling over. Not for myself I may end up with a bruise, but if you were elderly or frail, youâll seriously injure yourself.I cannot speak for all brand that sell a similar product but steer FAR AWAY from this one.If I didnât feel like going through the hassle of returning it I would. Do not buy this.

Functional but paint chipâs easily
Easy to put together but the white paint chips off when you assemble! Thats a huge flaw in my book because it makes it look used and damaged before you can even get on the machine to use it!

Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und im Original Karton verpackt. Die Aufbauanleitung ist übersichtlich und gut verständlich. Das Gerät selbst ist stabil und bietet viele Möglichkeiten des Trainings. Für Fortgeschrittene sind die Wiederstände vielleicht zu wenig. Ich bin Einsteiger und nutze es für medizinische Zwecke für meine schlechte Rückenmuskulatur .
