Durability has been impressive, doubt the weight resistance is accurate though, overall not a bad purchase would definitely recommend to anyone just trying to be more fit and active

Me and my husband has been using these for over 3 months. They are durable and I love they have different sizes and can be doubled if needed. Only with they came with a second set of handles and door attach so I wouldn’t have to share.

Great bands bad handles
The bands are great and provide a good amount of resistance. Can’t verify it’s the rated amount but they are plenty for me to get a good workout. The semi circle rings on the handles have a gap in them. The force from the bands has pulled the ring apart rather quickly so I had to replace them with carabiners. Overall great product but I’ve owned other cheap bands and they did not have this issue.

Good quality residence bands, I’ve used mine for a few months now and they are still in good condition, these resistance bands have bigger stronger clips and the resistance is higher than most other brands, 90 pounds resistance on one band means I need fewer bands on the handles to reach higher resistances, for me that meant buying three sets of bands for ease of use is worth it, I train alone at home using over three hundred pounds on some lifts, working out alone they are very safe, if I fail a lift I can just release my grip and let them fall with out damage to me or the floor. The only criticism is they only have a weight tag on one end which is not a big deal but, nine times out of ten I’ll pick up the end with out the tag. !!!
