The Zen Garden is beautiful. We received all items, and they were in a good shape. The only my recommendation is to increase amount of sand. This was not enough sand to keep Bonsai tree secured from falling. We had to order an additional sand to finalize our garden.

The Bonsai tree I received was defective, the base was cut on the bias which kept it from standing upright.I contacted customer service and was fortunate to have a great experience dealing with Bear. Bear sent out a replacement next day, which I received the following day.The replacement Bonsai tree was perfect, as well as the rest of the kit.Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered this set without realizing it only had 2 reviews, so I was a little nervous when I first got it. But after setting everything up, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it came out. I added my own little Buddha statue. Had a little difficulty with making the sand pristinely flat, but Iâm sure Iâll get it eventually!

Cheap crap. Considering the hefty price tag, I expected a much better quality product. None of the plants stand up, the âsandâ barely covered the tray. The ârocksâ are some kind of painted plastic that leave black flecks paint in the white sand.
