Great way to help fall asleep
Works well for me. I have difficulty going to sleep. I take it 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed. I feel sleepy. It helps me fall asleep smoothly and stay asleep. I Do not wake up super groggy.

Great sleep and no Charlie horses
I get the worsttttt Charlie horses in my calf at night. Thought Iâd try a melatonin with some magnesium. While itâs a little pricey, Iâve had exactly zero horses since I started using this. Great taste too.
